OSD Part14 - USMT Offline (WinPE) Hardlinking

In this post, we will be using hardlinking approach but the user state will be captured during the WinPE.

Now we need to Edit the task sequence

At the top, select Capture Files and Settings step and click Options tab on the right and remove the condition. This condition prevents this step to run during the WinPE, so we should remove it.

 Navigate to "Capture User Files and Settings" step and enable "Capture in off-line mode" checkbox.

Deploy the TS. Reboot the computer from PXE. That's it.
